The visit summary shows a weekly overview of all visit statuses and the total number of visits which fall under that category. Below are the meanings of each visit status.
Visit Status | Description |
| Visits which have not been assigned to an engineer. |
| Visits which have been assigned to an engineer. This is always accompanied by a status symbol – in this instance, the visit has been started by the engineer. |
| Visits which are currently set to unconfirmed because they may not have been confirmed with the home owner or tenant. |
| Visits which have not been able to be carried out due to a reason set by the engineer. |
| Visits which have been completed by the engineer.

| Visits which have been marked as requiring further work by and engineer or an admin and requires another visit to be created. |
| Visits which have been closed by admin staff as fully complete. |
| Visit which have been marked cancelled by an admin. |
By default it will show the current week of visits for all engineers.
You can use the date selector to change the week.
The engineer drop down menu will allow you to filter by a specific engineer
Clicking “Reset” will return the date and selected engineer to the default.
The Outstanding row shows visits which are raised but are still outstanding – this includes unassigned visits
Each status has the total number of visits under that status on that day of the week.
There is also a historical summary at the bottom of the calendar to show the total amount of visits which are outstanding and unassigned.
Clicking on any of the visit totals will populate the “List Summary” section below the Visit Summary calendar and list all visits that come under that status.
In this example, clicking on the total for outstanding will list the 8 visits will display all the outstanding visits for that day.
Clicking on a visit in this list will open a new tab with the visit page you have selected.
Alternatively, you can hover your mouse over a visit on the list to get a summarised view of the visit information.
Recent Visits
The recent visits section will show the last 100 visits that have been completed, missed, or required further work. This is shown by the colour of the date and time block.
Grey – Visits which have been set to closed.
Dark Blue – Visits which have been set to completed.
Light Purple – Visits which have been set as requiring further work.
Red – Visits which have been missed.
The completion date and time of the visit is shown the left of the address and the trade type is again shown by its symbol.
Clicking on a visit will direct you to a new tab and open the visit page.
Alternatively, you can hover your mouse over the visit and view a summarised overview of the visit
