Visit Summary
The Visit Summary shows a weekly overview of all visit statuses and the total number of visits per category.

Below are the meanings of each visit status:
| Visits which have not been assigned to an engineer. |
| Visits which have been assigned to an engineer. This is always accompanied by a status symbol – in this instance, the visit has been started by the engineer. |
| Visits which are currently set to unconfirmed because they may not have been confirmed with the home owner or tenant. |
| Visits which have not been able to be carried out due to a reason set by the engineer. |
| Visits which have been completed by the engineer.
|
| Visits which have been marked as requiring further work by and engineer or an admin and requires another visit to be created. |
| Visits which have been closed by admin staff as fully complete. |
| Visit which have been marked cancelled by an admin. |
By default it will show the current week of visits for all engineers. You can change this with the date selector to the top right.

The engineer drop down menu will allow you to filter by a specific engineer

Clicking Reset will return the date and selected engineer to the default.
The Outstanding row shows visits which are raised but are still outstanding – this includes unassigned visits.
The total number of visits are divided per status and day of the week. The number displayed is the number of visits that fall under that status on a specific day.

There is also a historical summary at the bottom of the calendar to show the total amount of visits which are outstanding and unassigned.

Clicking on any of the visit totals will populate the List Summary section below the Visit Summary calendar with further details. In this example, clicking on the total for Outstanding will list the corresponding 8 visits that fall under that category. You will then be able to filter those visits by the visit types.

Clicking on a visit in this list will open a new tab with the visit page you have selected. Alternatively, you can hover your mouse over a visit on the list to get a summarised view of the visit information.
