The side menu will allow you to quickly access all aspects of the Propeller system. Clicking on an option will open a submenu to view further page options. Clicking on the green menu button will hide/unhide the side menu.
Below is a hierarchy of the sections and sub-sections found in the menu and what to find in them.
• Dashboard – The dashboard is the main summary page for Propeller. Designed to give
an overview of the current day.
• Analytics
o Compliance Overview – This will give you an overview of compliance in all areas.
o Gas Dashboard – This will give you an overview of compliance with domestic gas properties.
o Electrical Dashboard – This will give you an overview of compliance with electrical properties.
o Oil Dashboard – This will give you an overview of compliance with oil properties.
o Commercial Gas Dashboard – This will give you an overview of compliance with commercial gas properties.
• Job/Visits
o Visits
▪ Create New – This will allow you to create a new visit within Propeller
▪ View All – This will allow you to view all visits currently on Propeller along with various filtering options
o Jobs
▪ Create New – This will allow you to create a new job within Propeller
▪ View All – This will allow you to view all jobs currently on Propeller along with various filtering options
o Wall Planner – A diary view of all visits currently in propeller and allowing management of visits using a drag and drop interface
o Engineer Events – Non-visit events for engineers on Propeller

▪ Bulk Edit Visits – Edit multiple visits at one time

o Add New Property – Add a new property onto Propeller.
o View Properties – View all properties on Propeller.

o Contracts – View all contracts in place on Propeller.
o GDPR Bulk Edit – Edit all contact preferences for properties
• Communications
o Messages – View and send messages within Propeller to other administrators and engineers’ mobile devices.

o Parts Catalogue – View all parts of your parts on Propeller.
