Adding and Removing Engineer Service Certificates.

Service Certificates are required for Engineer Access to the app.

To edit an existing engineer log into the main website app

Use the left-hand side menu and select Settings

Under settings select USER MANAGER

Under USER MANAGER select Engineers

At the top is a search function, you can search for the user you are looking for. you can search for either the Username or Full Name of the user you are looking for.

Click Add New on the top right-hand side.

Select the service required from the drop-down box.

The valid to and from dates can either be entered manually using dd/mm/yyyy or by selecting the calendar icon.

To Delete or remove a certificate simply press the rubbish bin icon to the right of the certificate.
