Asset / Appliance display

You can now specify what assets you want to be worked on by an engineer. After selecting the service type, you can choose individual or multiple assets to be worked on at a property. By default, all assets at will be selected and sent down to the engineer as they currently do. Simply click on the fields to select the service specific assets or the general assets at that property.

The assets you have chosen will be the only ones visible by the engineers when they start the visit on the app*. All other assets will be hidden. If they need to access any other assets whilst at the property, they can select “Show Hidden Assets” and they will then be able to work on any other necessary assets.

Optimizations

Job Page Improvements – Job pages will now only load 20 documents and certificates. This will improve loading speeds when viewing jobs with large amounts of linked visits.

Certificates and Documents – The date a document was created will now display next to the document name in the Certificates/Documents section on Visits and Jobs.

AWS

We are beginning a gradual rollout to move our infrastructure to Amazon Web Services. This will improve the way we store backups of data and usability of Propeller overall. With this release, all photos taken on the engineer app* will now be backed up to Amazon Web Services once the visit has been completed. This includes photos added to the visit and photos added to dynamic reports.
