Combined July 2025 Release

Codenamed "Dumplings" & "Choc Ice"- this combined release for the month of July adds multiple new system enhancements - the highlights of which are the implementation of Automated Missed Visit (No Access) communications, and bringing our customisable "Tags" functionality to other areas of the system - such as Visits and Finance items. 


This release also brings final tweaks to our SSO implementation.  



System Enhancements 


Tags


We continue to build on our customisable "Tags" functionality - further areas now have access to these with more coming in the next release.


  • Tags now available for, Visits, Quotes, Invoices, Purchase Invoices AND credit notes!
  • Tags are also available on the above download reports.
  • Visit, Job and Property Tag filters added to the view all visits advanced filter and report


  • Visit, Job and Property Tag filters added to the view all visits advanced filter and report
  • Job and Property tags can now be filtered in the Job View all filter / Sort modal


  • Invoice / Credit note tags can now be filtered in the Invoices  filter / sort modal.


  • Purchase Order tags can now be filtered in the purchase order filter


  • We've also added new functionality in the way these filters work.
    • It is possible to search for multiple tags in the same tag group.
    • For example : Will return all visits with either Visit Tag 1 or Visit tag 2, but not Visit Tag 3 or Visit Tag
  • This can also be used in conjunction with other tag groups and other tag types.
    • for example:
  • This visit filter will return all visits where it's job has the tag "Propeller FM" AND the property must also have both a "Freehold" tag AND "High" tag.
  • We've also added the ability to add tags directly on the visit creation page.
  • Added a tag audit trail to the notepad for all tags



Communications


We have added new features to the communications module....


  • Missed Visit Automations
  • Job Reminders has been renamed to Visit Communications to better represent it's purpose.
  • Visit Templates can now be restricted to visit statuses and landlords.Note : All existing templates are "pending" visits only, you Can select multiple statuses and landlords.



Fixes



Scheduling

  • Fixed an issue where authentication to the intelligent scheduling system could fail
  • Fixed an issue where follow on visits ignored engineers skills
  • Fixed an issue with Commercial Gas visits returning no engineers when valid engineers were available.


Login

  • New UI feedback to better inform website users when details are incorrect.
  • Additional auditing functionality
  • Fixed an issue with 2 factor emails not sending


SSO

  • Additional tweaks and fixes for the new SSO (Single Sign On) functionality
  • Additional configuration for Google SSO
  • Additional auditing functionality
  • Fixed an issue with 2 factor emails not sending

API

  • Fixes for visit status (state) changes via API
  • Fixes for Jobs not being created for Visit Creation calls in rare cases
  • Fixed an issue with Job Priorities not being able to view priorities set to "All Landlords" 
  • Fixed an issue where creating visits with property was not correctly picking up existing properties from UPRN  / Alt ID



General / Performance

  • Performance improvements pertaining to the Notepad
  • Improvements to S3 / Dynamic Report file storage
  • Fixed an issue with the communications page not filtering by landlord / client
  • Fixed a visual issue on the purchase order panel on the property page causing visit references to be hidden.
  • Fixed a display issue with the Commercial Gas Dashboard.
