Propeller Software Update – December 2020

Rounding off this years updates, the December 2020 update releases the new ‘View Properties’ and ‘Invoices’ pages.

These new pages provide enhanced filtering, bulk updating and a re-designed interface.

We will be rolling our similar changes to the system in the coming months – a preview of the ‘View All Jobs’ page can be seen by clicking the beta link next to the page title.

Additionally this update greatly improves the performance of our bulk visit creation and edit tools and provides Electrical QS user enhancements.

Improved View Properties Page

The ‘View Properties’ page has received a design overhaul and has also received significant performance improvements.

In addition to the new design, the re-design also enables:

• Searching of Properties via text (e.g. postcode) or Property ID’s in a comma separated list
• Enhanced filtering options
• Bulk update options
  1. Change Property types
  2. Delete/Deactivate

Improved Invoices Finance Report

The ‘Invoices’ report has also received a re-design similar to that of Properties.

New features include:

• Ability to search for invoice by text or Invoice ID’s in a comma separated list
• Bulk update options:
  1. Mark as Paid in full
  2. Consolidated Invoices
  3. Bulk Approval of Invoices
  4. Deletion
• Enhanced filtering options
