Propeller Software Update – August 2020
Release Highlights:
- The relationship between Job and Visit priorities/deadlines has been reworked.
- When creating or editing a visit with a priority – users can now opt to apply the priority and deadline to both the visit and job (default) or just the visit
- When creating or editing a job with a priority – users can now opt to apply the priority and deadline to the job and any attached visits, or only the job
- When rescheduling a missed visit, the deadline can be altered and applied to the visit and the job, or just the visit
- Additional audit logging for ‘Document Rebuilds’
- When rebuilding a Jobsheet or CP12, this action will now be logged in the ‘Notepad’ audit trial
- When modifying the organisations ‘Default Service Buffers’ settings, you will now be able to choose to retrospectively apply the settings to all appliances that match the selected appliance type and landlord or to only apply to newly added appliances
- This will also provide an export of all appliances that will be affected by the change
- ‘Job Status’ is now viewable on the wall planner by clicking on the visit panel
- It is now possible to raise ‘Unscheduled’ visits
- An unscheduled visit is a visit that has been created against the property, but has not been given a ‘Scheduled Date’
- Typically an unscheduled visit would be used in conjunction with a ‘Visit Deadline’ – the date by which the visit needs to have been actioned
- New filters have been added to the ‘View All Visits’ report to support this
- It is also possible to bulk-raise unscheduled visits using the bulk creation tool
- An unscheduled visit is a visit that has been created against the property, but has not been given a ‘Scheduled Date’
- The Bulk Visit Creation & Editor tool has been updated to support ‘Unscheduled’ Visits with a new ‘Scheduled’ tick-option and a deadline column has also been added to show an assign visit deadlines
Note: The ‘Unscheduled Visit’ functionality is off by default.
