Additional Text Message Functionality
- New text message functionality has been added into the system
- Ability to split replies for "reply to" functionality based on service / and/or activity type to different mailboxes
- Ability to add custom actions to replies based on reply text - such as marking visits as confirmed if client returns a defined text string (such as "KEEP", or rejected with "CHANGE") to mailbox routing
- Ability to send text messages to supported landline numbers
- Additional fields for subjects & content
Additions to Reporting
- Additional fields & metrics have been added to the following reports:
- Missed visit report will now show 'Job' level information on both the UI and the exported report, such as Job Reference and Name.
- Purchase Order report (export) will now include nominal codes
- Additional information added to Action exports
Tasks
- Tasks has now been renamed to better reflect the intended function.
- Tasks are now "Actions" - with the "Action Hub" being the main area for management
Xero Integration
- Multiple improvements have been made to the Xero Integration for specific scenarios.
General Improvements
- A large amount of this release was focused on back end improvements following our infrastructure switch to AWS, included groundwork for some much requested features and additions which will released in the coming months.
