Setup & Customization

Tags are fully managed by organisation administrators that have the relevant “Company Configuration” user role.

Accessed via Settings à Company Settings à Tags

First, “Tag Groups” must be created via the “Add New Tag Group” option

These are your top-level categorisations, such as “Tenure”, “Risk Level”, “Sub Contractors” and so on, and also where you define whether it’s a Property, Job or available for both group.

Once created, select the Tag Group required, a name and a colour – and click “Add New”. The tag will now be available for use.
