If you require multiple properties to be uploaded, please contact Propeller Support. You are required to fill out a template that the Support Team can use to upload the properties.
You can find this by navigating to Properties > Batch Uploader.
Here you will find the Customer Batch Template. Select this to download it.
Alternatively, if you do not have access to this page the template can be found at the end of this article or by requesting this from the Support Team.
This template includes all the columns required to upload a property. All the columns highlighted in red are mandatory for the property upload.

As the Surname column is mandatory, if the property is empty please enter "VOID" in this column. Alternatively, if the occupier is unknown, enter "OCCUPIER".
There are two tabs included in the template. One is the DataEntry tab - this is the template that needs to be populated. The other is the Working tab, this details all inputs that are accepted by the uploader for the Title column in the template.

Please be advised that as the template is uploaded in a CSV format, a number of symbols cannot be used in the template as these will cause issues with the uploader. These symbols are:

- "
- '
