Occupier Details
The first section will prompt you to enter the occupier's details. Depending on the property type, Surname or Business is required. If there is currently no occupier in the property, enter the Surname as "VOID". Alternatively, if you do not know the occupier's name, enter "OCCUPIER".
Select the property type from the drop-down. This details if the property is private, occupied by a tenant or is a landlord. If it is a tenanted property you will also need to select the landlord associated with this property.

Custom References and UPRNs
Setting up properties with customer references or UPRNs is useful for internally managing your properties. Adding them on property creation is easier, but these can also be added retrospectively by editing the property.
All custom references can be searched using the global search and allows you to use your client’s references or your internal referencing on the system. UPRNs also help with avoiding duplication of addresses when bulk uploading properties or property checks.
