Creating a Landlord/Client

There are two ways to create a landlord. The first is by Creating a Property, and the second is through the Landlords/Clients page.

Creating a Landlord via Properties

To create a landlord set the property Type to Landlord. More about creating a property can be found here.

Creating a Landlord via Landlords/Clients Page

Whilst on the Landlord/Clients page, select New Landlord/Client option in the Actions box.

Here, entering the landlord details follows the same process as adding a property.

Landlord/Client Page Functions

Clicking on a landlord’s name will take you to a list of all the tenanted properties assigned to this landlord.

Clicking an address in the list will take you to the property page of the tenant.

To view the property page of the landlord/client, click on View Landlord/Client Details in the Action section.

Creating a Tenant

Whilst viewing a landlord's properties, you can select the Add a New Tenant option in the Action section. This then follows the same process as adding a property.

You can also add a new tenant by selecting the Plus button at the top of the Landlords/Client page.
