Propeller Software Update - January 2022

We're starting 2022 off with a bang - the first of two major releases for January is now live and contains the new stock re-order process, Xero integration changes and improvements to our dynamic assets module.



Stock Re-ordering


A new stock re-ordering process is now available.


Users with the 'Parts Management' role group will now see an updated 'Usage and Re-order report' option under Stock Management. 


Using this report in 'Itemised' view - items can either be re-stocked instantly from this interface, or Purchase Orders for each supplier can be raised for parts replenishments.


New filtering options have been added to show the re-stock / fulfilment status.



Once the goods have been received, a new 'Goods Received' function has been added into the Purchase Order interface. 


The Purchase Order report has also been given additional filtering options for Goods Received.


Items marked as received are then allocated back to the associated Stock Silo.

Standalone Purchase Orders


Standalone Purchase Orders can now be created via the Finance à Purchase Orders menu 

and clicking the "New Purchase Order" button at the top of the page.


These Purchase Orders are not linked to any Property, Job or Visit. 



Dynamic Asset Improvements


It is now possible to create templates for Dynamic Assets - when creating a dynamic asset a new "Templates" button is available which allows users to save their currently entered data as named templates for future use.


We have also added 'Default Answer Set' functionality to all form types.


If you would like a default answer set enabling for any forms currently in use, please contact our support team who will gather your requirements and set this up for you. 



Xero

 

The Xero integration has received backend changes and small user-interface tweaks.

It is now also possible in the Preferences à Accounting à  Xero Account and Tax Code Mappings area to set the default "Sync Status" of your Finance Items (Authorised, Draft, Submitted)
