Propeller Software Update - April 2022

With this release we have overhauled our backend email communications systems to vastly improve deliverability and reportability for all Organisations. 

There are also other minor fixes to recently overhauled backend-systems.

All Organisations will be enrolled to this new system by default and no user intervention is required, the methods used to send communications remain the same. 

Due to this upgrade, a new 'Sent Communications' page is now being rolled out to all users.

Sent Communications

Using the new ‘Sent Communications’ report – available under the ‘Communications’ navigation menu, users can view all sent email communications through Propeller along with the ‘Status’ of that communication.

States that this can show are:

• Pending  
  • Propeller has sent the email and is awaiting delivery or bounce confirmation (depending on the mailbox provider, this may take some time to come through)
• Delivered
  • The email has been received into the user’s inbox
• Bounced
  • The email couldn’t reach its destination & a bounced notification will have been sent to your inbox

Additionally, the report will allow you to Filter, sort and save your filter pre-sets for future use. 

All information is user-exportable by the 'Download Report' button.

Fixes & Changes

We have also included minor fixes and changes in this build -

• The 'Asset Report' has had performance and usability improvements
• Backend changes have been made to fix and improve recently overhauled systems, Engineers who have had issues with sync timing & Oil tanks in particular will notice an immediate improvement
• Improvements to Integrations & Automations
