Propeller Powered - Application Information Deletion

Modified on Mon, 04 Dec 2023 at 02:05 PM

Data Overview

Propeller Powered is a cloud-based system, with a time limited local-data backup for Operative submitted data only.

We do not store data permanently on device, and this is limited to:

  • Engineer submitted response data
    • Certificates
    • Photos
    • Forms

Local data is stored for 4 weeks (28 days) - after which the backup is removed.

All data is removed from device upon uninstall.

Data Deletion Requests

As Propeller is a compliance system used to submit UK regulatory certification and forms, such as Gas CP12s - which are required by law to be kept for 7 years.

As such, while engineer login data can be removed using the process below, operative names and signatures against regulatory certification that the operative created are stored for this period. No other information is stored.
