Template Manager

You can access the template manager by navigating to.

Settings > Template Manager

The Template Manager allows you to create boilerplate messages for specific events.

These can be 

• Service Reminders
• Job Reminders
• Email Documents
• SMS messages to tell clients the engineer is on their way

Clicking the eye Icon will preview the template before sending it.

As an example below this is a service reminder a Full list of tags can be found at the bottom of the Template Manager Screen

The text in brackets {} will automatically and dynamically change for each service reminder sent.

You can also embed HTML directly into the templates, this allows more flexibility with the template.

Some Basic HTML you can embed into your Template can be found below

<em>Em text is italic </em>

<a href="yourwebsitelinkhere.co.uk">Your Website Name</a>

Change yourwebsitelinkhere to your website url and Your Website Name to the text you want to display, this will create a hyperlink, you can also specify specific pages of your website.

You can also use the tags above for example

<a href="{Website}">{Website}</a>

You can also create email links with mailto

<a href="mailto:{Email}">Email us</a>

or Telephone links with Tel

<a href="tel:{Telephone}">Call us</a>
