Compliance Overview

Modified on Tue, 12 Mar 2024 at 09:52 AM

The Analytics section gives a graphical overview of compliance for either all properties on your system or for specific landlords and clients. The compliance overview page shows your compliance for all areas of your system, combining Gas, Oil, Electrical and any custom compliance areas your organisation is using – such as Air source heat pumps, Fire Alarms and Asbestos.

At the top of the page you are able to filter the properties by landlord/client. Changing this from “All” will show only the properties relating to the landlord/client you have selected. Click on the drop down to open the list of landlords and click on the one you want to view and then click on “Apply Filter” All the sections will then reload to show the relevant information.

Consecutive Days Compliant

The consecutive days compliant section shows you the number of days that your organisation has been compliant for. Green shows you are complaint and red shows there are properties currently not in compliance. You can view the list of properties which are not compliant by clicking on the text underneath the number of days. This will open a new tab and direct you to the list of properties for you to view and act on.

This will also show historical non-compliance – for example, you may currently be compliant however this will also show dates between which you were non-compliant.

Compliance Pie Charts

For each service type that is assigned to your organisation, a compliance pie chart will display for each service to show an overview of how your organisation is performing. This example will look at Gas Compliance, but all other services will work similarly.

From the graph you can see the overall compliance percentage for the properties selected as well as the percentages for where properties are compliant or not complaint. Hovering over each section will also show the title of the section as well as the number of properties that fall under it.

Clicking on a section will open a new tab and direct you to a list of all the properties for that section.

Underneath the pie chart clicking on “toggle compliant properties” will hide/show the properties which are compliant.

The legend will show what each colour of the pie chart relates to.

Job Status Section

The job status list table displays the totals for all your job statuses on Propeller relating to the landlord you have selected.

Clicking on the totals will open a new tab and direct you to the job list page and display all the jobs that have the status selected.
