3. Click "Visit Communications"

4. Select Client/Landlord

5. Select service option.

6. Select Service Activity, or leave as "All Activities"

7. Select Visit Number

8. Select Status, or leave as "All Activities"

9. Click/Unclick "Include Unconfirmed Visits"

10. Select Dates

11. Click "Load"

12. Select the template you'd like to send

13. Click Next

14. Click "Postal *"

15. Click this button field.

16. Click Process Now
