View Visits- WIP

You can view a list of visits at Jobs / Visits > View all

Basic Filter

With the basic filter you can narrow down the list easily you can use the following search criteria 

• Full or partial postcodes
• Part of the address
• Customer Name
• Customer Email Address
• Visit ID
• Visit Type (ie Electrical, Gas, Trade)
• Visit Activity (ie, Installation, Service, Collection)
• Full or partial engineer name

Advanced Filter

The advanced filter allows you to specify your search in much more detail

Clicking the 

button will show the advanced filter options.

Date Filter

Here you can select visits based on the following date criteria 

• Scheduled Date
• Attended Date
• Created Date
• Deadline

You  can also include or exclude Unscheduled visits.

Other Filters

These other filters include 

• specific properties , 
• if the visit has been invoiced
• if the deadline as been met
• the type of service carried out
• the status of the visit
• the Scheduled state
• specific engineer 
• if there are electrical certificates awaiting approval
• If it is marked as attention required.

Exporting Data

Once you have the list you require, you can click either PDF or Excel to download the list
