To edit multiple visits at once, navigate to Jobs/Visits > Visit Management > Bulk Edit Visits.
Similar to the "Bulk Create Visits" function, this follows a spreadsheet format with several columns storing the visit data.

Select Visits to Edit
To the left of the editor, there are multiple filter options in order to access the visits that require editing. The filter options include:
- The event regarding that visit on a chosen date range (e.g. visits that were scheduled in the previous month)
- Property (can be selected by either the Property Ref or by selecting a property from a drop down menu)
- Invoice status
- Tags (visit or job tags)
- Service type (these can be further filtered into the service's job types)
- Status
- Engineer
Multiple filters can be selected. When the desired filters have been chosen select "Apply Filter". Conversely, "Clear Filter" removes any filters currently applied.

Edit Visits
Once the filters have been applied, the editor displays the relevant visits. From here, the visit details can be edited. The following fields, however, cannot be changed:
- Visit ID (this can be clicked to view the full visit in a new tab)
- Address
- Property ID
- UPRN
These columns are grey in the editor.

Update Visits
Once the required changes have been made, click the "Update Visits" button. This will apply the changes to the visits that have been updated in the editor.

Conversely, if you do not want to proceed with the changes select "Reset Changes" - this will change all visit data back to its initial state.
During the editing process, if any mandatory data is missing/invalid, this will be flagged by the system before updating the visits.

Download Visits
To download the filtered visits, click the "Download" button above the editor. This will export the filtered visits to a CSV file. This file will include any changes that have been made to selected visits, regardless of if they have been updated or not.

Cancel Visits
Select the "Cancel Visits" button to cancel the filtered visits in bulk. This will only cancel visits that are pending or have been marked as missed as the visit reason has not been attended. This will also discard any changes made to the cancelled visits, therefore select "Update Visits" first if any required changes that have been made.

Visits can also be added through a similar process via the Bulk Create Visit.
