This release has many customer requested improvements and features, in addition to continuing to overhaul our communications system and bring further enhancements to the Intelligent Scheduling feature from our roadmap.
Intelligent Scheduling Enhancements

- Wall planner enhancements have been made to allow schedulers to clearly see:
- Addition to the tooltip - Scheduling Type - Manual, Reactive, Auto, Servicing (Bulk servicing schedule)
- Visual additions (Toggleable) to show Travel Time & Scheduling type associated to the visits
- Travel time for Intelligently scheduled visits is now shown visually as a chevron style above and below each visit card. This shows the time for the operative to travel to or from that visit, either from the previous visit or their starting location, to their next visit or finish location
- An outline has been added to Intelligently Scheduled visits - this shows at a glance what visits are currently auto-scheduled, and those that have been manually scheduled. Manually scheduled visits will not have this outline.
- Enable through the configuration menu
and select "Show Intelligent Scheduling Info".

- Organisations can now configure the scheduling 'Reactive Window' max. days in advance, to show up to 120 days worth of available slots (default 31)
- Updated "View Visit" page to allow quick editing of the Visit Instructions without entering full visit edit page / separate to scheduling screens
- Improvements to Slot Group logic to fix a few edge case issues
- Multiple backend fixes for 'Scheduling Failed' reactive window edge cases & logic
- Backend overhaul for integration communications (non-customer facing)
Communications Improvements

Following on from the Postal Bureau release at the start of the year, we are continuing to release staged improvements to our Communications system.
NOTE: This a feature preview and will currently be disabled for most as we roll this out gradually
- Multiple Backend changes have been made to allow future development as we continue to work on our communications overhaul
- We will gradually be enabling a new "Communications" panel (seen below) which gives greater and clearer insight in a single place of all communications relating to the visit and the status of those communications, with an easy one-click export option
- Additional template tag - {Job Name} - to insert the name of the Job into the communication to give greater granularity on what the purpose of the visit is for tenants.
Other Fixes & Improvements
Note: The "Visit" report option under "Reports" has been retired. All the functionality (and more!) of this report is available in Jobs/Visits --> Visits --> View All Visits.
- Multiple backend improvements for integrations
- Bug fixes for Two Factor authentication at the Organisation level
- Performance improvements to Multi-reports
- Performance improvements and "multi-click protection" for the Action Hub --> Creation of actions.
