We also have a video and interactive guide available for SSO Setup:

In order to set up SSO, your user account will require the relevant Company Profile permissions to access the below.
SSO is currently only for Website Admins and does not effect Mobile users.

Setup
It is recommended that all website users are reviewed before enabling SSO. SSO login is linked to either your Google account or your Microsoft (Entra) account by the email addresses set against users.
Please ensure these are correct and up to date.
To set up SSO, navigate to Settings > Company Settings > Single Sign-On (SSO) Setup.
By default, SSO is disabled until configured - to start the setup click on Edit.

Tick the box Enable Single Sign-On (SSO) for your organisation - this will show additional settings.
You can then select you SSO Provider, currently you can choose between either:
- Google Authentication
- Microsoft (Entra) Authentication

IMPORTANT: You can restrict login to either allow both SSO and standard logins, or restrict to SSO Only (disable standard login).

We strongly recommend that both SSO and standard logins are used initially to ensure SSO is correctly configured for all users, as users without SSO access will be unable to login.
You can also optionally enable Two Factor Authentication (2FA) at this stage.

Usage
Once enabled, when users are presented with the Propeller Log In Screen and the Organisation Code is entered (this may be pre-saved) the user will be presented with a Sign in with Microsoft or a Sign in with Google option depending on your organisation.
The user can then click on the desired sign-in method and open the standard Microsoft or Google sign-in flow.
